Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1. Purpose and scope

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products and services (makeup classes, makeup applications, makeup studio rental) concluded between DISTRIMAQ, trading as Plein Fard, and any consumer customer, online or in store. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.

Article 2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). Any delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.

Article 3. Orders

The order is final once confirmed by the customer and payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the customer.

Article 4. Payment

Payment for products is due when the order is placed. The accepted payment methods are shown when the order is confirmed. In-store services (makeup classes, makeup applications, makeup studio rental) are paid in store, after the service, including any addition requested on site.

Article 5. Delivery and pickup

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery areas, times and charges are specified before the order is confirmed. In-store pickup is available at 172 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris, France. In the event of a significant delay, the customer may cancel the sale under the conditions set out in Articles L216-6 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

Article 6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason, by sending their decision by email to boutique@pleinfard.com. Products must be returned in their original condition, at the customer's expense, within 14 days of this notification. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the notification, subject to receipt of the products. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, nor to leisure services provided on a specific date (classes, makeup applications, makeup studio rental) (Article L221-28).

Article 7. Statutory warranties

Products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 8. In-store services

Classes and services take place by appointment in our store. Booking requests are made via the website form, by email or by phone; the time slot is only final once confirmed by our team, by email or phone. The makeup studio is rented by the hour, from 1 to 4 hours (4 hours being a half day). Rescheduling and cancellation terms are specified when the appointment is confirmed.

Article 9. Mediation and disputes

In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer customers may use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute. The contact details of the competent mediator are available on request at boutique@pleinfard.com.

These terms are governed by French law.
