Data we collect

We collect the data you provide through our forms (professional account request, booking, contact), when you place orders and when you sign up for our newsletter: identity, contact details, information about your professional activity, order history.

Purposes and legal bases

• Handling your requests and appointments (pre-contractual measures)
• Managing orders, delivery and invoicing (performance of the contract and legal obligations)
• Opening and managing professional accounts (legitimate interest)
• Sending the newsletter (consent, which you may withdraw at any time)

Retention periods

Prospect data is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Customer data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for 3 years. Accounting records are kept for 10 years, in accordance with legal obligations.

Recipients

Your data is intended for the Plein Fard teams and our technical service providers (hosting, payment, delivery), strictly within the scope of their duties. It is never sold.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to boutique@pleinfard.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
